Bucket elevator gearboxes MS005DF9

Despite the persistent restrictions due to the Corona virus, we were able to deliver 2 bucket elevator gearboxes of the type MS005DF9 to a German cement plant in June as a replacement for the previously used gearboxes of the type AMK BG 1210 (TGL 3186).

The gearboxes are designed so that both, the left and right-hand, gear sets can be installed. All connection dimensions have been retained with this replacement solution, so that our customer can exchange their old gearboxes 1: 1 with our gearboxes without having to make any modifications on site.

The test run of the gearboxes, which were designed and manufactured in our plant in Magdeburg, unfortunately could not take place in the presence of the customer as originally planned. In addition to the usual test protocols, the gearbox was also approved by means of a video conference during the test run.
