Repair and test run of pump gearbox

Since our customer did not have any drawings for the gearbox, all components were first measured and reconstructed in our factory. The entire wheel set was then re-manufactured by us and precisely fitted to the existing housing. The housing itself was revised by us, as the bearing aisles were no longer exactly parallel to one another after years of operation. After assembly, the gearbox was subjected to a test run and then returned to the place of use.
